About

Designing for the people who keep the network running.

I’m a senior UX designer at Comcast and the sole designer across three broadband engineering teams. I design the tools network engineers, operations centers and fiber field technicians rely on every day: dense tables, configuration wizards, live network dashboards, and XM4, the iOS app that’s now the standard for Comcast’s fiber techs. My job is to make complex systems feel calm.

Working as the only designer alongside engineers and PMs, I stay close to the people who use what I ship and watch how they triage, configure and troubleshoot before I draw anything. Outside Comcast, I run Sena, a small web design studio. I specialize in med spas, but I’ll build for any business that cares about the details.

01 — How I work

01

Start where the work happens.

I began my career as a researcher, and I still start there. Watching someone work through a real task shows things an interview never will: the column they keep scrolling back to, the value they copy into a sticky note.

02

Flexibility over simplification.

Expert tools don’t always need fewer features. More often, people need room to shape the tool around their own job, whether that’s their columns, their density or their shortcuts.

03

Build the system, not just the screen.

At Comcast I led our design system’s move from Sketch to Figma, which made the team about 30% more efficient. I also built Lean UX templates that keep research moving inside agile sprints.
